Whistleblowing Reports

For the Regional Braille Press ETS, whistleblowing is a report made by a person who, in the performance of their duties within their organization, becomes aware of an unlawful act that constitutes or could constitute an offence among those provided for by Legislative Decree 231/2001, or irregular conduct that violates Model 231 or the Code of Ethics adopted by the organization.

In implementation of Legislative Decree No. 24/2023 (protection of persons who make whistleblowing reports), the Printing House makes the following documents available to the aforementioned persons:

1) Update of the Model under Legislative Decree 231/2001, which regulates the procedure for making and managing reports, containing the following main information:

  1.  
    1. what can be reported (page 4);
    2. who are the persons entitled to make reports (page 5);
    3. who are the protected persons (page 5);
    4. what the protections are (page 6);
    5. how to make a report using the internal channel (page 10).

2) Form to make a report in written form;

3) Certified email address to send the report in written form from standard email or PEC:  giovanni.ferrera.odv@pec.it

4) Dedicated phone number to make an oral report: 345/7618803

5) Information notice on the processing of personal data of the whistleblower and of any persons involved in the report.
